Worked cross-functionally to create content for campaigns, with a heavy focus on developing and managing customer content and engagement projects.
Content Creation:
- Conceptualized, wrote, and edited blogs and articles for GitHub web properties.
- Produced onboarding guides and one-pagers for new customers.
- Managed and created all content for the GitHub Enterprise customer newsletter.
- Wrote email and landing page copy for events, product launches, and customer onboarding projects.
- Generated all customer case studies, from sourcing to interviews to final copy.
Customer Engagement:
- Designed and managed the GitHub Enterprise customer welcome kit project (physical and digital versions).
- Built the GitHub reference object in Salesforce, part of a larger reference and referral program.
- Sourced customer testimonials and case studies in collaboration with Sales and Field Marketing teams.
- Organized efforts to re-launch EMEA Customer Advisory Board.
